About the Role

Solutions by Text is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including text and phone.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve client tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to technical teams as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including action items and file documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer support experience in a technology company.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience with SMS/text servicing and payment services.
