Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Client Associate to join our Private Wealth Management business unit. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice, working closely with our Private Wealth Advisor team members and interacting directly with high-net-worth clients. The Client Associate will be responsible for providing top-quality service to clients, completing administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account opening and maintenance
  • Transferring assets and managing cash
  • Completing investment subscription documents
  • Assisting with client online access
  • Responding to account activity and statement inquiries
  • Managing life events and administrative tasks
  • Providing exceptional client service and support
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of prior client service experience in the financial industry
  • Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain
  • BA/BS degree
Skills
  • Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
