Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, staff, and management team. Key responsibilities include document preparation, title processing, client coordination, office management, filing and documentation, scheduling, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role and familiarity with title processing or DMV services is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Personal Traits: Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
