Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator for our client in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Deposit and print checks; enter data into accounting system.
- Match and record direct deposit information into accounting system.
- Manage insurance license renewals and appointments with carriers.
- Assist in maintaining office building facilities.
- Communicate frequently with vendors, insurance companies, and employees.
- Answer phone calls for executives.
- Execute various tasks as requested by executives.
- Display a positive attitude to help create a friendly work environment.
Requirements:
- Possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Have technology and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and remember progress on prior tasks.
- Possess outstanding organizational skills and ability to complete assignments without supervision.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player.
- Possess excellent math and reading skills to accurately perform calculations.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
