About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including alterations and personalization options.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management procedures, including processing orders and receiving shipments, to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels.
  • Cash Wrap Operations: Support cash wrap behaviors and processes transactions with accuracy, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree, or 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional climbing of stairs and bending.
