  • Restock supplies in office, kitchen, and pantry areas.

  • Regularly clear trash and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Greet visitors warmly, maintaining eye contact and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about the office, local amenities, and transportation options.

  • Oversee the cleanliness of workspaces, lobbies, and kitchens.
  • Facilitate basic office equipment repairs and maintenance.
