Overview:

Alfasigma USA is on the lookout for a dedicated Patient Services Representative (PSR) to enhance the experience of Brand Direct Health (BDH) patients through outstanding customer support. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily call handling targets for both inbound and outbound communications as per team standards.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance in all patient interactions.
  • Build rapport and trust with patients while addressing their inquiries.
  • Quickly and accurately assess patient needs.
  • Utilize available resources to convert inquiries into new customer opportunities.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance guidelines during patient dialogues.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred, including backgrounds in personal banking, real estate, or retail.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred, especially in service or sales.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Skills in business processes, problem identification, analysis, and resolution management.
