About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
