Job Overview:

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

This is a full-time hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. You do not need a finance background or a degree to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Assist customers with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their account balance and helping to make withdrawals, transfer funds, or find resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide personalized support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and financial products.
