Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Audiology Specialist to join our team at MindWorks Collaborative. As an Hearing and Learning Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring students with hearing impairments receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree or higher in Audiology and current state licensure in audiology. Prior experience in child audiology, preferably in a school setting, is highly desirable. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough hearing evaluations on students with suspected hearing impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with hearing impairments
- Provide appropriate amplification, hearing assistive technology, and technical support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support the students' academic progress and socialization
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student evaluations, progress, and services provided
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student intervention plans

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Audiology
- Current state licensure in audiology
- Prior experience in child audiology, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
