Warranty Claims Specialist

- Resolve warranty claim disputes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Prior experience in a warranty administration role or related field, with a strong understanding of automotive warranty processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in using warranty management software, with a preference for CDK experience.
