Position Overview:

The Claims Processing Specialist at Merit Chevrolet Co. plays a crucial role in overseeing warranty claims and ensuring adherence to warranty regulations and protocols. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and validate warranty claims for accuracy
  • Engage with service personnel, technicians, and clients regarding the status of claim approvals
  • Compile and forward warranty claims to manufacturers or external providers
  • Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims and associated documentation
  • Assist in the resolution of warranty claim disagreements
  • Stay informed about warranty regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role or similar capacity
  • Understanding of automotive warranty procedures and practices
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in warranty management systems
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with CDK systems is advantageous
