Job Summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Fixed Operations to lead our Service Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Service Manager(s) and team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer-centricity and ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, gross profit, and revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of the Service Center operations are running efficiently and effectively, including labor cost control, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Team Development: Build and maintain a high-performing team by providing training, development opportunities, and recognition.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage P&L reports to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Compensation and Benefits

Camping World Holdings, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $95,000 - $125,000+, plus variable compensation earned. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
