About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community in the Puyallup area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction, and driving financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to create a positive and engaging resident experience, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Leadership and Employee Retention: Demonstrate effective leadership skills, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging employee retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Census Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive census growth, increasing revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Financial Success: Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures to drive financial success.
Requirements
  • Administrator's License: Hold a valid administrator's license or be able to obtain one.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management, with a strong understanding of senior living operations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Secondary Education: Preferably hold a secondary education degree, but not required.
  • English Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • CPR Certification: Possess a current CPR certification (preferred).
  • Criminal Background Check: Pass a thorough criminal background check and drug test.
