Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to address the increasing demand for preventing cyber threats. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple high-profile, high-pressure projects simultaneously while managing the daily operations of the team. TPMs are tasked with ensuring that team objectives are met, especially during security crises. Success in this role requires a comfort level with executing complex tasks and collaborating across teams to achieve results in uncertain environments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and engagements, providing status updates and detailed project summaries to stakeholders.
- Support both customer and internal requirements, ensuring clear communication of objectives and alignment with organizational goals.
- Enhance the team's threat detection and response capabilities by driving continuous improvement initiatives, including:
- Collecting feedback and data from each incident.
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, or methodologies.
- Prioritizing feature requests and building out requirements.
- Executing against established strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of security tools and processes to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Accountable for delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines, focusing on customer needs amidst ambiguity.
- Provide operational support for a growing business, including new offering development and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements, including maintaining an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven technical program management and organizational skills.
- Experience in Cybersecurity and security operations.
- Familiarity with network and identity technologies.
- Background in digital forensics and threat hunting.
- Experience with threat intelligence and managed security services.
- Knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) and software development project management.
