We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of various operational and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Program Management & Enabling Tech, this role will involve working closely with technology teams, including developers, engineers, and network specialists, ensuring project delivery within scope and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operational and technology-focused projects, including requirement gathering, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Oversee project data and updates in JIRA and Smartsheet, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks and resources through waterfall, scrum, or kanban methodologies.
- Provide regular project status reports, including timelines, milestones, budget tracking, and risk identification, to stakeholders and program management.
- Collaborate with program management to define technology roadmaps with key deliverables and milestones.
- Maintain KPI dashboards using MS Power BI and apply analytics to identify and mitigate risks, streamline operations, and enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, updated, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management with proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading teams, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing technical operations teams, including software developers and infrastructure engineers.
- Expertise with project management tools like Smartsheet and JIRA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to create process maps using Visio.
- Experience in Content Production or Product Management.
- PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is a plus.
