Contract Administration Specialist

Life Time Property Development, Construction, is a vertically integrated in-house Construction Division that constructs new buildings and remodels existing facilities to deliver luxury health and fitness destinations across the continental United States and in various parts of Canada.
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to coordinate contract administration support for New Construction project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, distribute, receive, and log contract documents for vendor execution based on company process
• Enter approved subcontracts/agreements in the accounting system
• Maintain a detailed and organized central repository of contract documents, including original contracts, correspondence, changes, deviations, amendments, and clarifications
• Log, enter, and review payments to contracts in the accounting system
• Facilitate training of team members on contract process and procedures
• Provide support and maintenance for project collaboration software systems (e.g., Prolog, Procore, Workday)
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Four years of contract administration experience preferred
• Previous experience with contract management system software preferred
• Experience analyzing and drafting legal documents
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions
• Ability to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
• Ability to build relationships with vendors
• Ability to operate a computer
