Compensation: The starting annual base salary range for this position is $62,600-$85,000.

Position Summary and Responsibilities
The Business and Integrations Analyst is instrumental in ensuring effective integration among various business systems and processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify integration opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. This is a full-time, two-year position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for system integrations.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of integration projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to integration and business process automation.
  • Assess the needs of multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Create, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Facilitate design sessions to outline the proposed solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by safeguarding sensitive information.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Practical experience with integration platforms and tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of ETL Tools.
