Role Overview
The Business Integrations Analyst is pivotal in ensuring effective integration among various business systems and processes within the institution. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to analyze business needs, identify integration possibilities, and implement solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving business goals. This is a full-time, two-year position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with primary stakeholders to comprehend business requirements for system integrations.
- Develop comprehensive integration projects, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to integration and business process automation.
- Understand the needs of various stakeholders.
- Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design sessions to outline the solution.
- Maintain user trust and safeguard operations by ensuring confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience with integration platforms and ETL tools such as SnapLogic, Mulesoft, etc.
- Self-driven; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
