Role Overview
The Business Integrations Analyst is essential in ensuring effective integration among diverse business systems and processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify integration possibilities, and implement strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and support organizational goals. This is a full-time, two-year position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with primary stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for system integrations.
- Lead comprehensive integration projects, covering requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Keep updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies related to integration and business process automation.
- Assess the needs of various stakeholders effectively.
- Develop, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design discussions to outline the integration solution.
- Safeguard user confidence and protect operations by maintaining confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Practical experience with integration platforms and ETL tools such as SnapLogic, Mulesoft, etc.
- Self-driven; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
