Job Title: Email Systems and Analytics Specialist

FIRE is seeking a highly skilled Email Systems and Analytics Specialist to join its Administration team. This role will be responsible for overseeing FIRE's email marketing program, ensuring it advances the organization's goals and maintains industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage audiences and drive results.
  • Manage FIRE's email marketing platform/database, Pardot, to optimize performance and deliverability.
  • Build email marketing automation for different FIRE audiences, including assisting departments in building journeys for their particular audiences.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve email campaign performance.
  • Maintain FIRE's email and domain reputations for superior deliverability and adherence to spam laws and best practices.
  • Implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage subscribers.
  • Collaborate with FIRE's Information Technology department to set up forms for email acquisition on FIRE's website and elsewhere.
  • Work with the Communications department to develop strategies for addressing recipients' responses to email marketing communications.
  • Outline strategies for reactivation campaigns.
  • Set email program goals and key performance indicators, then report on performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Google Analytics and using UTM codes.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and general copy editing skills.
  • A desire to always improve performance and FIRE's programs.
  • The ability to work well independently and with others in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify opportunities and run with them.
