About the Role:

FIRE is seeking a highly skilled Email Systems and Analytics Specialist to join its Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our email marketing program, ensuring it advances our institutional goals and maintains industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.
  • Manage our email marketing platform/database, Pardot, to optimize campaign performance and improve deliverability.
  • Design and execute email marketing automation campaigns for various audiences, including assistance with building journeys for specific departments.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine our email marketing approach.
  • Maintain our email and domain reputations by adhering to spam laws and best practices.
  • Implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage subscribers.
  • Collaborate with our Information Technology department to set up forms for email acquisition on our website and other platforms.
  • Work with the Communications department to develop strategies for addressing recipient responses to email marketing communications.
  • Establish email program goals and key performance indicators, then report on performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and UTM codes.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with general copy editing expertise.
  • A passion for improving performance and our programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
