Clinical Professional

The Patient Assessment Specialist Clinician is responsible for conducting emergency clinical assessments of patients, providing clinical findings and initial recommendations to the Patient Assessment Provider. This role works in collaboration with the Patient Assessment Provider to define options for appropriate levels of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct emergency clinical assessments of patients
- Provide clinical findings and initial recommendations to the Patient Assessment Provider
- Collaborate with the Patient Assessment Provider to define options for appropriate levels of care
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required
- LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred
- Knowledge and/or previous experience working within the Rhode Island mental health system or substance abuse system
