Job Summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and diagnosis of major components on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational or technical training in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of shop tools and equipment.
  • Current CDL license with air brake certification required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
