Bank Equipment Technician

Cennox is seeking a skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our team in Tacoma, WA. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bank equipment, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and detail exterior surfaces of Automated Teller Machines and Kiosks
- Inspect electrical systems and perform minor refurbishments
- Remove nonstandard signage and other materials from ATM and surrounding areas
- Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
- Ensure 10-ft radius surrounding machines is clear of trash before exiting work site
- Complete project work, including alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, and site surveys
- Sanitize high-contact surfaces and regularly inspect and dry-wipe ATMs and drive-up banking equipment
- Take photographs of required devices, forms, and areas
- Organize and manage paperwork and inventory
- Smart phone familiarity and tech-savviness with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
- Flexible work schedule, paid training, and opportunity for travel
