About the Role:

Position Title: Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 production support for Customer Identity and Access Management functionalities.
  • Proactively address automated alerts and incidents to resolve customer and system challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for issues related to Enterprise Identity Applications.
  • Engage in the development and execution of preventive maintenance protocols.
  • Contribute to the team's strategy to uphold the agreed quality standards in documentation and reporting, in line with Service Delivery requirements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application and system issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing system automation using scripting languages such as Ansible, Python, Java, etc., along with AI operations systems.
  • Proficient in coding with JSON, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, Unix Shell Script, DB2, Oracle, and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with observability monitoring tools and application performance tools (e.g., Splunk, ELF, Dynatrace, or other open-source solutions).
  • Experience in production support, service delivery, or operations support environments.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) principles.

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 4 days/week)

Salary Range: The compensation for this role is between $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Various factors, including geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate, may influence pay within this range.

Benefits: The company provides the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; long-term and short-term disability insurance; 5 personal days accrued each calendar year; 10-15 days of paid vacation; 6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per calendar year; access to the Ascendion Learning Management System.
