Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in system architecture, design, and integration, especially relating to identity, access, and authentication systems.
  • Experience with technical architectures supporting digital identity, credentialing, authentication, authorization, and access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of federated identity architectures and integration of authorization protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Understanding of architectural approaches for identity proofing, multifactor authentication, attribute-based access control, etc.
  • Ability to make recommendations on technical architecture to support modernization of digital identity platform.
  • Experience assessing current architecture and design decisions and identifying gaps or improvements needed.
  • Skills to analyze technical alternatives and build roadmaps/recommendations on architectural direction.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise architecture, systems analysis, or solution architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate into business terminology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting federal or state government agencies, especially federal financial agencies i.e. IRS or Treasury, is highly desired.
