We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to enhance our collaboration with Kier & Clancy Docwra, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers by scheduling appointments and gaining a thorough understanding of their concerns, relaying this information back to the organization.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update systems and databases, providing insights to various stakeholders to support performance management evaluations against established service levels.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of operational tasks.
  • Possess a solid understanding of a customer service setting, particularly in a telephonic context.
  • Exhibit excellent IT proficiency and communication abilities.
