Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, clinicians, and care givers, ensuring seamless delivery of our complex mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Phone Calls and Managing Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and manage requests and inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Order Management and Coordination: Coordinate with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our mobility solutions.
  • Data Entry and Clerical Support: Perform data entry, clerical support tasks, and assist with physical inventory, as needed.
  • Verification and Eligibility: Verify client information, equipment details, and eligibility for funding, as required.
Qualifications
