The Global Customer Organization (GCO) is a field-based customer-facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.

This team partners closely with customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, and expertise, helping them manage yield throughout their fabrication process.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring product performance capabilities meet expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products.

This dynamic team partners with KLA's service organization and factory divisions to ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offerings.
