About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Actus Consulting Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations in Chandler, AZ.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing office administration functions, such as HR support, day-to-day office management and reception, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales and service support for various locations of the company. You will also be involved in coordinating and managing export/import and shipping/receiving activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years of previous work experience in a similar position. Proficiency in English and Japanese is essential, and a salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year is expected.
