Job Overview:
As a key member of the Golf Club team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your role will involve responding to guest inquiries, facilitating special requests, and providing information about the golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and merchandise golf shop products to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of the golf shop, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collect and process all golf-related fees from patrons.
- Prepare cash deposits and run closing reports from the registers.
- Schedule tee times and communicate effectively with golf services and grounds staff regarding any adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all golf-related areas, including the shop and locker rooms.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of tee sheets and daily totals.
- Stock and display merchandise in an appealing manner, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Notify management of any significant issues or concerns.
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons adhering to industry standards.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required Qualifications:
- Golf skills certification.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour, including health care benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Benefits are subject to eligibility and other requirements.
