Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns via phone, email, or other mediums.
  • Account Management: Plan and arrange client meetings, document and execute money moves, and complete data entry for MoneyguidePro plans.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain client files, utilize DocuSign and DocuPace for form signature and distribution, and provide administrative support to assigned Financial Professionals and Branch Managers as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Ability to integrate into Financial Professionals' business and build rapport with clients.
  • Accomplishment of annual organizational, team, and personal goals as communicated by management.
  • Revenue growth for Financial Professionals' business and overall firm growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Series 7 and 66 licensed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with Concur, RBC, AOS, RedOak, and RedTail.

Benefits:

  • Salary commensurate with experience: $55,000 - $70,000.
  • Additional compensation of up to $10,000 per year.
