Glen Park Senior Living is currently seeking an Assistant Administrator to contribute to our mission of providing compassionate and dignified services to seniors. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Director in executing administrative functions in accordance with established practices.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and adhere to documentation standards as required by regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Act as a reliable backup for the Executive Director when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Completion of an accredited residential-elderly administrator certification program.
- A minimum of 15 college or continuing education units, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Current certification in first aid and CPR, coupled with the personal attributes and energy to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- A commitment to hospitality, integrity, and genuine compassion for individuals, reflecting our values in every interaction.
- Compliance with pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and reference verification.

Schedule- 8-hour shifts

- Preferred Experience: 3 years in an Assistant Administrator role.
