Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to support our corporate office in the Kansas City area. This is a long-term permanent contract-to-hire position that will begin as a contract and convert to direct employment after 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply Chain Management: Order and manage office supplies and snacks to ensure a well-stocked and organized work environment.
- Facilities Support: Coordinate with vendors and repair services to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
- Accounts Payable Support: Prepare and process AP information for a third-party finance team to prevent rejections.
- Executive Support: Prepare the office, catering, and conference rooms for visits from executives.
- Fleet Management: Organize and document records for a fleet of approximately 14 vehicles.
- Security and IT Support: Coordinate with security and IT teams for key card access for new hires.
- Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working as an office administrator or office manager in a large or corporate office setting.
- Office Support: Proven experience supporting an office, rather than an individual or small group.
- Invoice Processing: Experience with invoice processing and preparation.
- Executive Interaction: Ability to work with executives in a professional manner and greet all guests.
Compensation will be based on individual experience and background, with a range of $55,000-$65,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K.
