Accounts Receivable Manager

Nimble Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable function, developing and implementing process improvements, and leading a team of A/R Representatives and Account Performance Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of A/R Representatives and Account Performance Managers to achieve exceptional client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Partner with the analytics team to review and analyze reports and data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of client-specific SOWs, billing policies, and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create onboarding and training frameworks for new A/R team members.
- At least 3 years of experience in A/R, with a strong background in process improvement and team leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Worker's Compensation requirements and procedures.
- Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Epic.
- Strong analytical skills and proven success in leading process improvement initiatives and project management.
- Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under difficult circumstances.
- Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Quality Decision-making: Makes sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information.
