Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Corporate business unit month-end and year-end close with supervision from Manager
  • Preparing monthly journal entries and related support schedules
  • Preparing month-end balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare quarterly and annual census filings
  • Preparing and monitoring the daily cash schedule for consolidated North America
  • Providing data and input into the Corporate annual budget
  • Assisting with analysis of Corporate and consolidated year-over-year results
  • Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets and software schedules in CCH
  • Analyzing general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
  • Wells Fargo Corporate team administrator
  • Special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or manufacturing industry-related accounting and financial reporting preferred
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education that clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year-for-year basis
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - External Agency/Certifier Preferred
