Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to sell life, health, or car insurance policies to clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and find the best solution.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sell life, health, or car insurance policies to clients
  • Provide clients with clear explanations of policy benefits and costs
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop client outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
  • Process insurance renewals and work to retain existing clients
  • Manage insurance claims and ensure client satisfaction
  • Distribute policy funds to clients after claims have been settled
  • Answer client inquiries and provide guidance on insurance-related matters

What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of different types of insurance products. A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred, but not required. If you have relevant insurance licensing and experience, that's a definite plus

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
