**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at McGriff Insurance Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support business growth and strategy.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform business strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial plans and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
  • Experience with financial planning software and tools, such as Excel, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
