At LIMRA and LOMA, we're seeking a skilled Senior Event Planner to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you'll be responsible for producing events from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our members.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all event logistics, design, and production, managing up to 10 conferences and events annually, and collaborating with digital strategy teams to deliver high-quality virtual events. You'll also ensure events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations, and select and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or Communications, and 3-5 years of event planning experience. You should be able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to travel for conferences and work on weekends as needed.
