Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Merchandising and Sales
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs
- Store Operations
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
- Teamwork and Communication
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback

Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
