About the Opportunity:

Sares Regis Operating Company, L.P. is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications, inputting information into our computer system.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss the size and layout of rooms, available facilities, services, and terms of lease.
  • Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, updating records as necessary.
  • Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits and application fees.
  • Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.
  • Promote positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience is a must.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
  • Ability to work weekends is a must.
