Join Our Team as an Experienced Leasing Consultant in San Fernando Valley
Are you an experienced leasing consultant with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Look no further We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, highlighting features and amenities.
- Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease negotiations, and move-in orientations.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents to secure leases.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with current residents to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a leasing consultant in Property Management.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software required. Yardi, AppFolio, Rentcafe.
- Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS
