Job Title: Ag Equipment Salesperson

GPAC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ag Equipment Salesperson to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used agricultural equipment to customers in a defined sales area.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell new and used agricultural equipment to customers in a defined sales area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and communicate timely to management.
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Monitor trends in customer's business activities and communicate timely to management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years agricultural equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
