Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Ag-Pro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in sales activities, maintaining current product knowledge and features of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
  • Monitor competitive activity and products, communicating timely to management.
  • Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Monitor trends in customer business activities and communicate timely to management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
  • Attend applicable sales training events and seminars.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in agricultural equipment or outdoor power equipment sales preferred.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
