We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Ag-Pro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company in sales activities, maintaining current product knowledge and features of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Monitor competitive activity and products, communicating timely to management.
- Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Monitor trends in customer business activities and communicate timely to management.
- Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
- Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
- Attend applicable sales training events and seminars.
- 1-2 years of experience in agricultural equipment or outdoor power equipment sales preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
