Job Summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Post-Acute Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Post-Acute Care Division, you will be responsible for selling clinical and operational solutions to long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Sell a wide range of products, including incontinence, skin care, DME, advanced wound care, and gloves.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present new products and initiatives to customers, educating them on current industry trends and regulations.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring successful business outcomes.
  • Take ownership and leadership of your territory, driving growth and expansion.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales.
  • Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
  • Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business, build consensus.
  • Complex sales strategy/approach to sell solutions across multiple levels.
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to present multiple product lines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Stable work history.
  • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
