About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
