Recruiter - Bilingual Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter - Bilingual to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Recruiter - Bilingual, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding blue-collar positions, including DOT drivers, equipment operators, and skilled laborers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard blue-collar positions, including DOT drivers, equipment operators, and skilled laborers.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand position specifications and develop recruiting strategies.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and pre-qualify candidates for blue-collar positions.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Oversee background checks and coordinate pre-employment testing for all potential new hires.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting blue-collar positions, particularly in high-demand roles such as DOT drivers, equipment operators, and other skilled laborers.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Bilingual (Speak, Read, and Write Spanish and English).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and other sourcing tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to generate reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Corporate recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with labor regulations, including DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with SuccessFactors.
