Job Summary

The Commercial Service Representative is a key role within Casella Waste Systems, Inc. responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to new and existing customers. This position requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to assess their support needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize CRM and Case Management systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Casella's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities, including customer service and sales.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Relevant sales certifications or experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems.
