Job Overview

The Commercial Customer Service rep processes and tracks orders received via our e-commerce site, Oracle CPQ, as well as via email. They also ensure each order has the key documentation attached and completed and communicates clearly and efficiently with the customer when items are incomplete. This role works closely with other departments such as credit, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure orders are scheduled and effectively communicates the expected timelines, order information and dates to the customers in a timely manner.

Successful candidates will address and manage wide-ranging questions and requests from our network of Commercial Reps, Distributors, and International customers. This position partners closely with regional sales managers, pre-sales application support, as well as post sales tech service. Provide customer-driven information to the organization via SalesForce CRM. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ISO requirements.

Skills Required:

* Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

* Previous experience in an ISO 14001 work environment, with Epicor ERP, Oracle CPQ, and SalesForce, experience is highly desired.

* A professional and upbeat telephone and general communications skills are a must.

* Demonstrate ability with the following competencies: works independently, highly motivated self-starter, professional verbal and written communication, attention to detail, eagerness to learn and take on new and additional responsibility as needed, foster teamwork within the group and company and courtesy combined with a sense of urgency.

Experience Requirements:

* Three (3) years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced business-to-business manufacturing environment is desired.

* Technical product knowledge is a plus. International import/export knowledge is a plus.
